From the public opening of the Dartmoor Line on 20th November 2021, the 118 bus between Tavistock and Okehampton, via Brentor and Lydford, calls at Okehampton station every other hour, timed with trains (Monday-Saturday, some Sunday buses too).

White Rose station, on the Leeds to Huddersfield line, between Morley and Cottingley and part of the New Stations Fund round 3 announced in May 2021 was anticipated to open December 2023, but construction paused due to rising costs and lack of agreement with developers. Then in July 2026 it was reported that work had re-started.
