Prince Philip visited London Transport Museum this week and had a preview of the new exhibition – Suburbia.

The prince was given a tour of the museum by director Sam Mullins and was accompanied by museum chairman Sir David Bell and trustee David Worthington.

Suburbia runs until 31 March 2010.
 
Prince Philip also saw some design classics, a 1938 Underground carriage, a B-type bus from 1910 and a 1956 Routemaster bus.
